Our Story
Kaiya is an intimate residential and resort community, born of a dream and a quest for a life well lived.
A life filled with beauty – both from the outside and within. A life imbued with the essentials the eye cannot see – grace, mindfulness, reverence, compassion, joy, love. A vibrant, healthy life where nourishment and rejuvenation stem from connection to nature, aligned spirits and deep self-knowledge. And so, Kaiya was born. Life in harmony.

Kaiya’s is intentionally a respite from the crowded life so that we can serve those experiencing this journey with the utmost care. It is intimate and private – not in the spirit of exclusion, but in the spirit of humility and authenticity, stillness and restoration. A place to grow through connecting with kindred spirits whose stories intersect with our own, Kaiya is the life we have made for ourselves and the life we want to share with others.
